The majority of the items sold on our site are pre-owned. We specialize in buying and selling high-quality pieces. Jewelry, in particular, often gains character and charm over the years, and it's often impossible to tell if a piece is new or vintage. Rest assured, all of our items are meticulously cleaned and repolished to ensure they look as stunning as new.
It depends on when we actually received your item/s, Once received, it can takes us 1-3 business days to check on your piece/s and send your payment. If the item/s you submitted doesn't match to your description, we may have to give you a different quote or return your piece. On average it takes less than a week from start to finish before you receive your payout.
No, unfortunately every piece of jewelry are different, from the gold purity, diamond's quality and for some other different reasons.
We will look into a layway in the near future. However, at this time we are not offering in-house layaway. We have partnered with Afterpay and Paypal Later to help with financing.
Yes, we ship internationally, Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Customs policies vary from country to country and we ask that contact your local customs office for more information.
